Description of Position:

Externs at Moore Statistics Consulting LLC gain hands-on experience in a small, innovative consulting environment where they can apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects. Opportunities include creating educational and marketing content for social media, contributing discipline-specific ideas related to their academic major, learning programming skills relevant to today's job market (e.g., R and statistical applications), and developing practical experience in data analysis, research methods, and statistics. Externs are encouraged to think creatively, collaborate on meaningful projects, and build a portfolio that demonstrates both technical and professional skills.

Pre-requisites or Requirements:

Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Students with a background in art, graphic design, digital media, or social media content creation are also encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in research, statistics, data analysis, educational technology, or business development.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Research experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
A willingness to learn programming and statistical software (e.g., R) is expected.
