Position Information

Description of Position:
Students will collaborate with professional staff to support local youth academically and creating support material to prepare them for college or other professional paths they may take. Students will engage with the Division of Access and Community Engagement in the following ways:

- College Tour planning & implementation
- Mentor Workshop creation
- Connecting with local community partners to place students for volunteer and mentorship opportunities
Pre-requisites or Requirements:
- Seeking to pursue Education, Community Engagement and Educational Policy careers
- Must have completed 12 credits at Rutgers University - New Brunswick
- Preference to upperclassman but open to sophomores
- Must be open to working with local youth (under 18 years of age) for tutoring and campus tours
