PamTen is an IT Staffing and Solutions company that has been in business for two decades. We provide staffing solutions to a broad range of industries. Our solutions side focuses on digital marketing, AI, Cybersecurity, and development of solutions for clients. SheTek is our non-profit organization founded by PamTen co-founder and CEO, Chaya Pamula. The focus is supporting women in tech in each stage of their career - from college through management. Our purpose is to increase the number of women in technology.

Winter 2025 ONE WEEK (January 13-17)

We have the students meet with all of our managers, executives, and key personnel to talk about how that person came to that position, what skills are needed, and answer students' questions. We also give small projects that could include analysis, writing, or research for various departments. We strive to give them a feel for working in an office, the dynamics, and the opportunities they can find in technology. While here they would mostly work on PamTen assignments, but they might also work with SheTek, our non-profit organization that supports women in technology, or SOFKIN, our non-profit the provides a nurturing and caring home for destitute children in India.

Students interesting in technology, business, or marketing would gain the most from the experience. Upperclassmen are preferred, but we are flexible. They would need to be able to get to our office, as in person is preferred.
