Aloha Kai Lani is a brand new LLC based in Central Florida. We focus on sublimation printed home and commercial decor. We are one of the few businesses in the country who offers the variety of products and sizes that we do. We vend at local events as well, particularly supporting a larger mission of benefitting rescue animals. Our goal is to become primarily a print-on-demand small business producing high-quality decor and accessories.

Our focus at the moment is increasing social media presence and awareness.

SPRING 2025 ONE WEEK (March 17-21)

We are looking to work with students interested in learning shoulder-to-shoulder about small business ownership! As new business owners, we're learning more every day and facing new challenges. We will gladly share our experience with students about administrative processes, marketing, lessons learned between online and in-person sales, and other things that tend to get forgotten along the way during the excitement of it all. We are preparing for lots of events as we approach the holidays while simultaneously ramping up our social media presence and content management. It would be great for students to have an interest in social media management and content creation so they can directly contribute to the growth and success of a start-up!

We don't have specific educational or experience requirements for the position. We just ask that the students have a sincere interest in learning about our business and the opportunities it can create. This externship is unpaid, but if there is a desire to work together on an ongoing basis, we would absolutely consider bringing someone on more regularly (likely part-time) if it is a good fit for everyone!
