Winter 2025 TWO WEEKS (January 6-17)

1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on new markets for SAGECare training, focusing on potential expansion areas such as the UK and Canada.
Gather competitive intelligence on other social enterprises and training programs that serve older adults and the LGBTQ+ community.
Analyze trends in aging and LGBTQ+ care, compiling a report that helps shape SAGEVenture’s strategy.
2. Content Development for Marketing
Assist in creating content for SAGEVenture’s LinkedIn strategy, including drafting posts, finding relevant articles to share, and preparing content for upcoming events.
Support content creation for promotional materials, such as flyers, newsletters, or informational brochures, focusing on communicating SAGEVenture's mission and vision.
. Building Venture Templates
Support the development of a standardized venture template, helping to gather requirements, organize input from different stakeholders, and format the document for usability across projects.
Assist in centralizing the process for staff to pitch ideas to SAGEVenture, helping to set up guidelines and create a user-friendly submission process.
