Organization Description:
We are the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC). Overall, we provide the Army with the most up-to-date armament technology through research, development, and engineering. Within DEVCOM-AC, there is the Weapons and Software Engineering Center (WSEC), which provides full-range of support (from researching new concepts to sustaining existing ones) for weapons and weapons systems technologies. Finally, within WSEC, we have the Armaments Software Engineering Center (ASEC). ASEC provides the previously mentioned support specifically for the armaments' and weapons' software systems. We support and sustain existing software programs as well as research modern technologies and develop new applications with them.
