Position Information
Description of Position:
The library prides itself on providing public service, space and experiences. At the library, the student will be asked to help organize books, assist in creative programming for children/teens/adults, create creative displays, brainstorm literacy initiatives, help the Friends of the Library with their annual book sale, and shadow the Director of the Library while she does managerial tasks, financial budgeting, creative planning, etc.
Pre-requisites or Requirements:
The library offers valuable public service service, community outreach, project planning, and other varied tasks that would be relevant to many different majors or areas of study/interest.
