BizRatings.com and 360Score.me originated as proprietary tools in for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), which incidentally was founded by 2 Rutgers University Undergraduate students in 1997. BizRatings.com and 360Score.me officially spun off as a startup company in 2020, after 6 years of internal developement in the parent company.

BizRatings.com is a CSAT Survey tool that amplifies online reputation by converting CSAT Survey respondents who are verified clients to online review promoters on major review online resources such as Google, Yelp, Clutch, Facebook and more.

360Score.me is an online tool that empowers organizations to collect Company Happiness, anonymous 360 Peer reviews and conduct systemized Performance Evaluations across employee populations. Positive culture is a major facet of top performing companies and that creates the perfect environment for happy employees. Our tool not only gets their anonymous feedback, it takes it further by turning it into happy employee reviews on websites like Glassdoor.

Position Information
Description of Position:
The team at BizRatings.com + 360Score.me is fully remote, with team members located in NJ, Texas and overseas. Working hours are 8:30am ET to 5:00pm ET, however based on support requests and workload, the hours might extend to 6:00pm ET as our clients are based in throughout the US and Canada. Externs would be exposed to the daily operations of a SaaS tool startup company which includes the following main components. Our goal is to identify externs best fitted in skillset, growth potential and intellectual curiosity to fill 1-2 full time internship spots available over the Summer with the possiblity to extend into the Fall/Winter.

1) End User support of both products that includes client relationship management and tech support/troubleshooting

2) Being a Brand Ambassador in Client Relationship Management for both products including account optimization and project management

3) Continual evaluation of client feedback and proposed feature enhancements for consideration in on-going product development

4) Researching and predicting use case and market trends to inform marketing strategy and product development plans.

5) Updating and maintaining technical articles for knowledge bases

6) Software testing, troubleshooting, bug identification/resolution

7) Educating and onboarding new clients

Pre-requisites or Requirements:
The following are qualities we look for in candidates for employment, however for student interns/externs, these can be viewed as work habits and mindsets of those who will thrive as Externs be best positioned to progress to a full time internship this Summer.

• Can think dynamically by utilizing cross-sections of data and creativity while remaining open to learning/listening/collaborating,
• Always bring a work mindset based on performance, results, humility, respect of analytics, grit and sustained focus.
• Are an apt observer of your work environment. This skill will allow you to contribute to the curation and iteration of online content based on market trends and best practices.
• Author clear, grammatically sound, compelling written content for email campaigns, blog posts and case studies.
• Are exceptional with organizational and time management skills – you can envision workflow for yourself and on behalf of customers and can use this foresight to set expectations accordingly to minimize unwelcome surprises
• Have been praised for your ease in interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills – customer service is a passion and finding ways to enhance customer experience is part of your overall work ethic.
• Are comfortable writing and delivering communications to other departments – you can listen and translate the needs of others to a broader group.
• Can leverage technology to work with little supervision, which organizes your efforts to take initiative and communicate accomplishments/goals to your team
• Have the patience for a strong attention to detail and project management with mutliple resources, limited budget
• Have a proven ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients and your colleagues. You are a bridge builder in this way
• Possess Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Can work proficiently in Excel and are able to leverage technology to analyze data and provide recommendations
• UI, Website, .NET Coding experience a plus
