Exam Accommodation Request

Students should thoroughly read the exam accommodations page prior to filling out the Exam Accommodation Request Form, which provides important information on the exam accommodation process for all Rutgers campuses, except Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences schools and Rutgers Law Schools. Please contact your ODS coordinator if you have questions.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an existing request, you must contact ODS immediately. Please do not submit another request.

The deadline for New Brunswick/Piscataway campus Exam Requests has passed. Exam requests submitted at this point are considered late and may not be accepted.

The deadline for Newark campus Exam Requests has passed, and we are no longer accepting requests for this campus for this semester. Please return on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 to be able to submit requests for Winter Session and the Spring semester for the Newark campus.
